A kid from Queens, Josuel is a first-generation Dominican-American DJ who transforms club and dance music into a genre-free, boundary-pushing soundscape. His sets are rooted in the pulse of electronic music’s foundations—spanning house, bass, and techno—while fearlessly exploring the rhythmic possibilities of worldwide sounds, from dembow to hyper-synth pop and alt-electronic.

By weaving cross-cultural elements, Josuel creates a sonic tapestry that celebrates New York’s cultural vibrancy and its global diasporic energy. Dynamic, innovative, and always evolving, his music embodies the underground’s grit while carrying a universal appeal that unites communities and styles.

Recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2020, Josuel has performed for brands like Louis Vuitton, Meta, and Hugo Boss at venues including MetLife Stadium and Radio City Music Hall. In 2024, he hosted the Everything Everywhere parties at Mad Tropical and Walk Inn, carving out his place in NYC’s dynamic club scene.

He also co-founded North Bridge Studios, a Twitch streaming space, while staying true to the DIY ethos of underground culture. With plans to release his first productions in 2025, Josuel is focused on amplifying the intersections of his passions—queer nightlife, diasporic rhythms, and the dynamic energy of global club sounds.

At the heart of his work is a belief in music’s power to unite communities and create transformative moments both on and beyond the dance floor. Beyond the booth, Josuel co-founded Phenomenal Talent, a BIPOC-led talent agency dedicated to amplifying underrepresented voices in the industry.
